ILLY: DIE GANZE WELT DER KAFFEEKULTUR
Aus tiefer Überzeugung, dass Kaffee ein Element der Freundschaft, Begegnung, Freude und des Genusses ist, trägt die Firma illy schon seit 1933 die italienische Kaffeekultur in die Welt hinaus. Der gebürtige Ungar Francesco illy kommt nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg nach Triest. Kreativ, genial und kosmopolitisch, wie er war, fand er hier die drei großen Lieben seines Lebens: seine Frau, die Stadt Triest und den Kaffee. Er gründete die Firma illy caffè. Nach und nach begann er sich für Kakao und Kaffee zu interessieren, der aus allen Teilen der Welt im Hafen von Triest eintraf. Heute führt die Familie illy in der dritten Generation das Unternehmen und ist bekannt für seinen authentischen illy Espresso.
