If you've changed your mind
If you bought your coffee online from us, then by law you have the right to send the coffee back to us within 14 days and get your money back (without giving a reason). The date of delivery and the date of return are decisive.
It is important that there are no more than 14 days between delivery and return and the coffee is unopened and undamaged! Once the coffee has been opened, we can no longer use it and we cannot refund the amount (if there is no other problem).
If you then want to send the package back, write to us at email@example.com that you want to return the package (including the order number). Then we can also make sure that you get your money back quickly and you can send the package to our address.
Ideally also note your order number on the return. Please bear in mind the postal costs for the return shipment must be covered by you.
If there is a problem with the delivery
If the shipment arrives damaged, for example, please write to us first at firstname.lastname@example.org before you send the package.
In this case, please send us: the tracking number, a picture of the problem (e.g. the bag), a picture of the back (with the roasting date so that we can understand the bag) and a description of the problem
